Agents can transfer an active chat to another available agent.
To transfer a chat:
1. Select the “Transfer chat” button in the top left-hand corner of your active chat. A drop down menu will appear.
2. In the drop down menu select which team you would like to transfer the chat to, followed by selecting the agent the chat should be transferred to.
*Please note that you can only transfer a chat to Available Agents.
The receiving agent will receive a notification and be able to accept or decline the transfer.
If the transfer is declined, the conversation will revert back to the original agent.
